Jas House of Beauty – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions for Jas House of Beauty Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing times are separate from courier delivery times.

During sales, promotions, new product launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

We reserve the right to extend processing times in the event of stock discrepancies, payment verification issues, or high order volumes.

Business Disclaimer: We don’t guarantee same-day or next-day processing and allow ourselves flexibility during busy periods.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship using a range of trusted carriers (for example, Australia Post, Sendle, or other courier partners). At checkout, you’ll see available options for your address.

Within Australia (Domestic Orders)

Standard Shipping: approx. 3–8 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping (where available): approx. 1–4 business days after dispatch

International Orders

Standard International: approx. 7–21+ business days, depending on destination and customs

Some destinations may not be available for delivery at all times.


All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and chosen service.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These offers are subject to conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law (for example, if we’ve made an error resulting in the need for a refund).

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Jas House of Beauty.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where tracking is available for your chosen service).

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and follow up with the carrier if there are delivery issues or attempted deliveries.


Business-favourable: Puts responsibility for tracking and follow-up largely on the customer.

5. Shipping Address & Incorrect Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct before checking out.

We do not take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failure to collect from the post office/courier depot:

We can re-ship the order once it is returned,

Additional re-shipping fees will be charged to the customer, and

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you realise you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change it.

6. Delivery Issues, Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been scanned as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

Jas House of Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels after a delivery scan to the address provided.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and/or your local post office or courier depot.

For parcels lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist you in lodging an enquiry or investigation with the courier.

Investigations are handled by the carrier and may take several business days or weeks; outcomes are at the carrier’s discretion.


We are unable to provide a refund or reshipment until the carrier has completed their investigation and confirmed the status of the parcel. Any replacement or refund remains at our discretion, except where required by law.

Business Disclaimer: Limits responsibility once courier shows “delivered”, and gives you discretion on replacements.

7. Damaged Parcels on Arrival

We take great care in packaging our products. If your order arrives with visible external damage:

1. Photograph the parcel and packaging immediately (before opening, if possible).

2. Open the parcel and photograph any damaged items inside.

3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.


We will review the information and may liaise with the courier to lodge a claim. Outcome and remedy (replacement, store credit, or refund) will be assessed case by case and may depend on the carrier’s response, insurance, and available stock.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

We do not issue refunds if an order is delayed, held, or returned due to customs issues or refusal to pay local charges.


If an order is returned to us due to failure to pay customs fees or refusal to accept delivery, we may refund the product cost minus:

Any shipping charges,

Any return shipping or handling fees charged to us,

Any damages or loss incurred,

except where required by law.

9. Undeliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a parcel is returned to Jas House of Beauty as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we will contact you via the email on your order:


You may choose to:

Pay for re-shipment to an updated address; or

Request a partial refund (product cost only, less any shipping, return shipping, or handling charges incurred by us).

We reserve the right to deduct reasonable handling/restocking fees from any refund provided, where permitted by law.

10. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

From time to time, certain high-demand or new release items may be offered as pre-orders or may be temporarily on back-order.

Any product marked as pre-order/back-order will show an estimated dispatch date on the product page or at checkout.

Orders containing pre-order/back-order items may be held and shipped together once all items are in stock.

These dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier or freight delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

11. Split Shipments

To provide more efficient fulfilment, we may split your order into multiple shipments (for example, if certain items are dispatched from different locations or arrive on different days).

You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless agreed in advance.

Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment where available.

12. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Jas House of Beauty reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will apply to all orders placed after the updated policy is published on our website.
